  4. Please bring along the sales receipt at time of return/exchange.

 Q. What if the item is incorrect, defective or damaged upon delivery?

  1. You may choose to refuse such items upon delivery.
  2. To facilitate handling of such incidents, please indicate the reason for the refusal of delivery on the Delivery Note.
  3. A Victoria Courts representative will contact you within 3 working days for further action.
